Each discipline has a designated Discipline Principal who is responsible for representing their profession and ensuring specific professional needs are addressed with regard to service delivery.

Professional development
All staff are expected to attend core training sessions, designed to provide the basic requirements for working within the service.
Opportunities for attending additional training or discipline specific workshops and conferencess, are consistently offered to staff, and staff are encouraged to take advantage of these educational events.
